About the Role

Drive business growth through customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic relationship management in B2B chemical markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for industrial and specialty chemical products
  • Identify new business opportunities, customers, and application segments
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing industrial clients
  • Conduct market research, demand analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with production, QA, dispatch, and R&D teams for order fulfillment
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer audits, and technical discussions
  • Maintain CRM data, sales MIS, and forecasting reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration
  • 4–6 years of marketing or sales experience in chemical manufacturing or allied industries
  • Strong understanding of industrial chemicals, applications, and customer requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales and technical customer handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with specialty chemicals, intermediates, or bulk chemicals
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, MSDS, and basic chemical documentation
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development
