Marketing Executive
About the Role
Drive business growth through customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic relationship management in B2B chemical markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for industrial and specialty chemical products
- Identify new business opportunities, customers, and application segments
- Manage and grow relationships with existing industrial clients
- Conduct market research, demand analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with production, QA, dispatch, and R&D teams for order fulfillment
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Participate in exhibitions, customer audits, and technical discussions
- Maintain CRM data, sales MIS, and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration
- 4–6 years of marketing or sales experience in chemical manufacturing or allied industries
- Strong understanding of industrial chemicals, applications, and customer requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and technical customer handling
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Skills & Competencies
- Experience with specialty chemicals, intermediates, or bulk chemicals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, MSDS, and basic chemical documentation
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development
